Regarding the Closure of Ingenium Books and Screening for the One

Many of you know that last year I published my first book, Screening for the One: How to Gain an Edge in Your Hiring. The response has been incredible, and I'm grateful to everyone who has purchased a copy, shared it with colleagues, or reached out with your feedback.

Unfortunately my publisher, Ingenium Books, has abruptly gone out of business. While that chapter has come to an unexpected end, the journey for the book certainly hasn't.

While I decide on next steps, copies of Screening for the One will be available directly through me.

If you would like an ebook version, I can arrange for that as well. For the moment, the audiobook is not available. 

This book represents more than 50 years of lessons learned in the background screening industry, and I'm excited to continue sharing those insights with hiring professionals around the world.
